BLEM PSA AR-15 COMPLETE UPPER RECEIVER
Palmetto State Armory Blemished AR-15 Complete Flat Top Upper Receiver with Ejection Port Cover and Forward Assist installed. Upper may or may not have T-Marks and/or Logo.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is made to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized black for durability. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.
**These upper receivers may have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function. This may include but is not limited to, forging marks under the finish, scratches, and slight variations in the finish color coat.
